Alloy Identification: Verification via an alloy analyzer. Written report given as well as documentation of the metallic chemistry readout. (Field or In-house)

Cleaning: All levels of stainless steel tubing, pipe, tanks and equipment cleaning. The cleaning agents are normally specified by the end user.  (Field and In-house)

Bio-film Removal: The eradication of microbial buildup through a Minncare style product.

(Field or In-house)

De-Rouging: Removal of Class-2 rouge via a phosphoric based product. (Field or In-house)

Metal “Free” Certification: Certification of piping system and tanks.  The process uses several strainers with socks and filters to collect and trap loose metal and debris. A written report is supplied with the collected debris. (Field only)

Passivation: Via a citric acid solution for in field work or by way of a hydrostatic bath or static bath.

(In-house)

Pump System Analysis: Analyzing the pumping dynamics of your water systems (or any system) through a ‘Constant Pressure Pump Control’ concept. A written report is given to make your system more efficient and to save money on electricity.  Installation of new pumps, controllers, or other parts and equipment can be provided. (Field only)

Ra Surface Mapping: Mapping of tanks or components by use of a profilometer. Consulting on the condition of the tank as well as recommendations for restoration. Level-2 stainless steel inspectors’ available if required.  Written reports are issued for all work. (Field or In-house)

Sanitization: Sanitizing piping systems and tanks utilizing various chemical solutions, generally specified by the client. (Field or In-house)

Surface Restoration: Chemical or mechanical intervention via grinding or buffing. (Field or In-house)

Tank Inspection: Certified tank entry specialists will check tank for inclusions, analyze rouge and classify it, take photos of tank ID, perform surface mapping, analyze the condition of pray balls and examine the mixer blades. SEF can perform microbially swab tests that can be sent to an independent lab or the client can test the samples. (Field only)
