Whether you’re looking for an inline strainer, a side inlet strainer, a basket strainer, a duplex strainer, or a custom strainer configuration, our strainer product line is 3-A approved with ‘industry standards’. We offer complete assemblies and replacement parts. Wetted surfaces have a 25 Ra surface finish or better.

Test Sieves

Whether UV Adhesive, Pure Tin Soldered, or Welded construction - All test sieves are identified with a serial number and a certificate of compliance.

  • ‘Cleaner-By-Design’ sanitary construction

  • Stainless Steel Frame

  • All standard sieve frames are die stamped for quality - your assurance of consistency, fit, and function from sieve to sieve

  • Sieve frames stamped using 22 ga. Sheet metal - in some cases 37% thicker than the sieve frames found on competitors test sieves

  • Stainless Steel Sieve Cloth conforming to ASTM E11 or ISO 3310 specifications

  • Test Sieve frame is polished - Inside and Out

  • No ink markings on the sieve cloth

  • No rivets on the inside surface of the test sieve frame

  • Test Sieve construction features a ‘clean and smooth’ transition from the side wall of the sieve frame to the sieving surface - there is no epoxy bead for product to get caught

Strainers

Conical Line Strainers

  • 150 psi units designed for full line pressure differential.

  • 300 and 600 psi units designed for 300 psi differential.

  • May be designed to withstand collapse pressure with cone upstream.

  • Filtration area is greater than 400% of pipe area. Larger areas available.

  • Available in mild steel, 304 SS, 316 SS, and other alloys.

  • Pipe spool sections available.

Flat Plate Strainers

Available in perforated metal, wire cloth or a combination of both, Carbon Steel, SS 304, SS 316 and most common alloys.

Tee Strainers

Available as standard with wire cloth of 8 mesh, .047 wire diameter or perforated metal with 1/8" diameter hole on 3/16" centers.

Basket Strainers - Duplex Strainers

Filter Leaf filters are one of the oldest forms of filtration processes and are used in every process field including Chemical, Food, Drug, Water and Waste Treatment. Methods of construction, shape and styles are numerous. 

​

An added feature is a center collection element, used on larger filter leaves, dependent on the process, assuring uniform flow and application of pre-coat. It allows for a more even precoat and uniform cake build up by acting as a flow distributor within the leaf itself. It has an additional benefit as a structural member further assuring leaf stability, a significant design parameter insuring cake stability to avoid bypass.
